Bonds to pay back the owners of the Town Toyota Center's now default construction bonds could go out for sale next month. First the Wenatchee city council has to approve a settlement agreement with officials who gave legal and financial advise to the city and The arena's public facility district. That agreement was approved by the PFD board last week. Wenatchee Mayor Frank Kuntz sits on that board, and while he recused himself from that vote, he supports the agreement. The city council meets in executive session this (thu) afternoon prior to the start of the council meeting at 5-15 and are expected to vote on whether or not to approve the settlement during the regular meeting.
