Governor Chris Gregoire will be in Wenatchee this afternoon to get an update on the state's wildfire situation. The Governor's office reports that Gregoire will visit with fire managers and firefighters at the Wenatchee Complex command center at Confluence State Park. Earlier this week both Chelan and Douglas County Commissions declared a state of emergency because of the dozens of fires in the area.
