10/05/12 Fatal Crash Near Moses Lake



A head on collision Thursday afternoon near Moses Lake claimed the life of a Moses Lake man. Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones reports that 29 year old Andrew Davies was southbound on Stratford Road, about a half a mile north of road 10 NE when his vehicle crossed the centerline into the path of a 2009 Kenworth tractor with a set of double trailers. Davies was declared dead at the scene. The status of the big rig driver, 48 year old Chris Oleary of Moses Lake, was not immediately. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
