Douglas County Fire District two crews knocked down a brush fire outside of East Wenatchee Monday afternoon. Assistant Chief Dave Baker says the blaze, about a mile past the end of 10th Street NE and Stark Avenue, was first reported a little before three p.m.
No structures were threatened and there were no reports of injuries.
