An Omak man who was arrested Wednesday in connection with the murder of an Okanogan woman has been ordered held on one million dollars bail.
45-year old Benjamin Bridges made a preliminary court appearance in Douglas County Superior Court yesterday where a judge set the bail.
Bridges is accused in the beating death of 59 yeaer old Vicki Lee Renner whose body was discovered over the weekend in a Brewster area orchard. An autopsy revealed the victim died from blunt force injuries to her head and neck.
