Wenatchee Mayor, Frank Kuntz says the City Council is getting closer to adopting a balanced budget for next year. Kuntz tells KPQ News the City's finances have improved greatly compared with this time last year when the Town Toyota Center's future was uncertain. .
The budget includes the addition of a new hire in the City's finance department, a new planning department employee and three parttime seasonal workers for the Parks and Recreation department.
