The results are in again from the Chelan County Auditor's Office and with only 30 ballots left to count...Frank Kuntz will be Wenatchee's new mayor as he maintains 52% of the vote versus Shilo Schauer's 48%.
As of yesterday afternoon (monday)...Kuntz has 295 more votes than Schauer.
In the Leavenworth City Council Position #7 race...Peter DeVries still has a "paper thin" lead over Carolyn Wilson as he leads with only 7 votes... up two ballots from Friday's count.
The "tables have turned" in the contest for a Lake Chelan School District board position.
The initial count last Tuesday indicated that Elizabeth Juarez De Lopez was behind Jeff Fehr by 66 votes...last Friday she surpassed Fehr by 15 votes and as of yesterday she's up 20 ballots.
De Lopez leads Fehr by one percent.
The results aren't official yet.. as one more ballot count remains scheduled for 29th of November.
