A 37 year old Entiat woman was killed in a two vehicle head-on crash this morning near Entiat. Troopers say Summer Lea Diehm was southbound on State Route 97-A, a mile and a half south of Entiat. A northbound pickup, driven by 23 year old Brandon James Feldhaus of Wenatchee crossed the center line and collided head on with Diehm's van in the southbound lane. Diehm died at the scene. Feldhaus was taken to Central Washington Hospital. His status was not immediately available. Feldhaus' pickup burst into flames after the accident, however he was not burned. The accident, which happened around 7-40a.m. closed the roadway for more than four hours.
