Wenatchee High School's Mariachi program was honored recently with a Golden Apple award. The awards are given annually by Seattle Public TV station KCTS an honors excellence in education. Under the direction of Ramon Rivera the award winning program has performed at various venues around the state, from Seahawks games to the Capitol Rotunda.
