EPHRATA, Wash. (07DEC2012) – A $1-million arrest warrant was issued Friday for a Moses Lake man suspected of the Oct. 17 killing of Tracy Fullbright.
Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones says 28 year old Adrian Rodriguez is currently in the Franklin County jail on an unrelated charge. Rodriguez is scheduled for release Sunday and will be taken into custody by Grant County detectives on the kidnapping and murder charges.
Jones says Fullbright’s body was found about eight miles north of Moses Lake. He was bound, gagged and shot several times.
According to witnesses Rodriguez accused Fullbright of inappropriately touching his young daughter. Rodriguez allegedly punched Fullbright, then bound and gagged him before putting him in the trunk of a car and then shot him later. Rodriguez and Fullbright are allegedly Norteño gang members.
