Up in the Lake Wenatchee and Plain areas, the power outages and road closures continue with no end in sight. Lauren Loebsack with Chelan County Public Works calls it "the perfect storm"

. Roads still closed include Chiwawa Loop Road, River Road, Cedar Brae, and Braeburn Road; crews were hoping to re-open Northshore Road last night. The Red Cross Shelter at Icicle Middle School is still open, and anyone with emergencies in the affected areas is being asked to call the PUD's hotline number of 877-783-8123.
