Workers Sunday plan to use air bags to raise the hull of a boat that sunk in Moses Lake. Kyle Foreman with the Grant County Department of Emergency Management says the 40 foot lake dredging boat is owned by the Moses Lake Irrigation District. It sunk in the Parker Horn portion of the Lake, between the Alder Street Fill and State Route 17. He says containment booms have been set up, but very little oil actually spilled into the Lake. Foreman says once the boat's hull is raised, crews plan to pump out water and then take the vessel to shore and unload the estimated 600 gallons of diesel and 300 gallons of synthetic oil.
