Authorities are searching for a 36 year old Spokane man after he fled a head on accident in the 1300 block of Maple Street in Wenatchee Saturday morning. Authorities say Jason R. Fowler was fleeing a Washington State Patrol trooper's traffic stop, when he crashed into an SUV around 11-15am. The driver of the SUV, 44 year old Teresa Hernandez of Wenatchee, was taken to Central Washington Hospital for precautionary reasons and was treated and released. Following the accident Fowler fled on foot..A manhunt involving Wenatchee Police, Chelan County Sheriff's Deputies and the State patrol ensued. As of last report he remains at large.
