The Town Toyota Center's governing board has decided to appeal a Wenatchee judges ruling to the State Supreme Court. The Public Facilities District board met in private session Tuesday to discuss Chelan County Superior Court Judge John Bridges ruling which prevents the City of Wenatchee from backing the arena's 41.8 million dollar loan. The interest only note falls due on December 1st and the PFD had been banking on the City to help underwrite a refinanced bond. But the Judge ruled that would exceed the City's legal debt limit.
