A local two month old boy suffers from bleeding to the brain and broken ribs in Seattle's Harborview Medical Center tonight (Wednesday).
The Douglas County Sheriffs Department was notified early Wednesday morning by hospital officials after the child had seizures and loss of consciousness.
The boy was first transported by ambulance to Central Washington Hospital where doctors determined he had to be airlifted to Harborview.
Cheif Criminal Deputy Robin Wag says the baby is in stable condition. Wagg says his office is investigating the case as a possible child abuse situation . .
Wag says the parents of the infant don't have a history of abuse with children. Authorities are investigating.
