A ceremony honoring the former manager of Pangborn Airport, Colin "Arnie" Clarke, is set for Saturday Clarke, who retired in 2003, passed away last December. Airport officials, in conjunction with the East Wenatchee Rotary Club will dedicate a display honoring Clarke. In addition to serving as the airport's manager, Clarke was a highly decorated Air Force pilot and was heavily involved in the community. Rotary officials say the ceremony begins at one p.m. at the airport, just north of Wenatchee Jet Center. The program, set to last 30 minutes, includes a flyover by F-16 fighters from Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah.
