Driver inexperience is being cited as a factor in a one vehicle rollover accident near Chelan around 10-45 Friday morning. According to the State Patrol, 18 William Sims of Tonasket was southbound on State Route 97A, when another passed him from behind and forced Sims' car onto the gravel shoulder. The Patrol report says Sim's overcorrected, and his car crossed the road and crashed into a rock wall and rolled. Sims, who was belted up, was taken to the Chelan Hospital, as was his passenger, 20 year old Diedra Ward, also of Tonasket. Their status was not immediately available.
