A trial continues today for 23 year old Steven Swinford of Chelan, the man charged with the January 8th, 2010 shooting death of 22-year-old Paul Raney. Swinford is charged with second degree murder.
The shooting occured at a house the two men shared in the Manson area. Prosecutors contend that Swinford shot Raney multiple times after the two got into an argument over an IPod charging station.
In testimony presented yesterday another roommate, Jessy Juarez testified that he witnessed the two men arguing just prior to the shooting. Another witness, Kyle Flick, testified that he heard the sound of a gun being cocked and then said he turned and "saw holes being put into Paul"
The Prosecution continues its case today in Chelan County Superior Court.
