Wenatchee Valley Animal Control is seeking information regarding an animal cruelty case that occurred Thursday evening, (October 30) in the Rock Island area. Officials say Monesmith Road, An adult male cat, gray and white, was skinned, apparently while still alive and left to die along the side of Monesmith Road. Wenatchee Valley Animal Control is offering a reward of up to $500 for any tips that lead to an arrest and conviction in the case. You can call 662-9577 extension 1 with any information.
