The Wenatchee Parks and Recreation Advisory Board has a lot to look over as they will review all six chapters of their six year comprehensive plan at tomorrow's meeting (Tuesday).
The document determines the demands...needs and goals for Wenatchee's parks and recreation areas.
Parks and Recreation Manager Dave Erickson says the board is focusing on infrastructure.
Erickson said its important to maintain facilities like pools...picnic shelters and other recreation areas.
The plan also includes parks and recreation funding methods for the next six years.
The city has applied for 2.4-million dollars of grants to upgrade park wading pools...replace and construct restrooms as well as Saddle Rock area restorations.
The meeting will take place at city hall around noon tomorrow. (Tuesday).
