WENATCHEE, Wash. – Ben Carey scored his team-leading 11th goal of the season on a short breakaway early in the third period Friday, but it wasn’t enough as the Fairbanks Ice Dogs skated to a 4-1 victory at the Town Toyota Center. It was Fairbanks’ first win over the Wild this season. The Wild (9-6-1) will try to split the series with the Ice Dogs (11-5-6) Saturday.
