The MacKenzie Cowell murder trial has been postponed until March 19th following a hearing held in Chelan County Superior Court this week. Attorneys for the man charged with first degree murder in Cowell's death have requested more time to review the case.
31 year old Christopher Wilson appeared in court Tuesday. He's accused in the February 2009 stabbing and strangulation death of his Wenatchee beauty school classmate.
His trial had originally been set to start January 31st. Wilson has waived his right to a speedy trial.
