SAGE, formerly the DSV Crisis Center, held an open house Friday at their new location, 710 North Chelan Avenue in Wenatchee. SAGE Director MaryAnne Preece says SAGE stands for safety, advocacy, growth and empowerment. She says the new name reflects the services they offer and is more welcoming than there old name. She says the name change has been well received. Walk-in services are available from eight a.m. to six p.m. Monday through Friday, and 24 hours a day, seven days a week on their crisis lines, 888-HELP, and 663-7446.
