Newly elected Wenatchee city councilmembers and Mayor Frank Kuntz will be sworn in at a special meeting Wednesday afternoon at Wenatchee City Hall. Kuntz, who appeared on a recent KPQ morning update says he has no grand vision for the city. His goal is to "get back to the basics." He says the city has been hamstrung by the need to fund the debt on the Town Toyota Center. Also being sworn in Wednesday at City Hall, 129 South Chelan Avenue in Wenatchee are new councilmembers Linda Herald, Bryan Campbell and re-elected councilmembers Karen Rutherford and Mark Kulaas. The ceremony starts at 12-15pm and the public is invited to attend.
