A crash involving a big-rig closed I-90 overnight about 2 miles east of Vantage. The State Patrol report says it happened around 11:20 pm when a Freightliner driven westbound by a Georgia-State man crashed through the jersey barrier coming to rest in the Eastbound lanes. The driver, identified as 23 year old Adrian Williams, was transported to Quincy Valley Hospital for treatment. Troopers say Williams was driving too fast for conditions and will be cited for 2nd degree negligent driving. The highway was closed for about four hours while DOT crews cleaned up a diesel spill.
