DAWSON CREEK, British Columbia – Shawn Pauly scored a pair of second-period power play goals and Greg Lewis stopped all 19 shots he faced to lead the Wenatchee Wild to a 4-0 win Saturday against the Dawson Creek Rage. The win was the Wild’s second straight over the Rage in as many days.

Defenseman Kyle Huson scored his first goal of the season 76 seconds into the contest to give the Wild an early lead. Wenatchee broke out for three goals in the second period. Chris Kerr scored the first of those markers 2:01 into the stanza when he jammed in a rebound from the side of cage. Pauly went on to score two man-advantage goals near the middle of the second frame to put Wenatchee up, 4-0. Lewis made 19 saves to earn his seventh win and fourth shutout of the 2011-12 season. The Wild (19-10-4) will try to sweep this weekend’s 3-game series from the Rage (8-27-2) Sunday. Faceoff is set for 2 p.m. Wild fans can listen to game live on 560 AM KPQ.
