Norhtbound traffic on North Wenatchee Avenue, between 7th and 9th Streets is expected to reopen Thursday evening.  That word from Wenatchee's public works director-operations,  Dan Frazier.  Southbound traffic still closed until sometime Friday.  The problem started early Thursday morning when a water pipe burst.   Businesses in that area can be accessed via 7th or 9th streets.
