The Wenatchee Valley Visitors Bureau has a new interim manager at the helm. former Executive Director Roger Clute officially retired on May 15. , 2012. As the board continues its search for a successor, the Bureau's Director of Convention Marketing Wendy LeSesne will serve as interim director. Visitors Bureau President Chuck Johnson, said Lesesne brings to the position an, "extraordinary passion for the valley and incredible commitment to destination marketing.”
Prior to her position as director of convention marketing, LeSesne was the group sales manager at the WVVB from 2002-2006, responsible for prospecting and recruiting new group business into the Wenatchee Valley.
The WVVB board will now review applicants and begin the interview process.
