08/06/12 Knife Wielding Suspect Arrested

No one was injured in a bizarre incident in an East Wenatchee bank Monday evening. East Wenatchee Police Sergeant William Redfield says a little after five p.m. a 52 year old man entered the Wells Fargo bank on Valley Mall Parkway armed with a knife. His goal was not bank robbery.

Redfield says it appears the suspect and man he was chasing did not no each other.
