08/15/12 Lake Roosevelt Fire Burns Out of Control



SR 155 in Okanogan County remains closed this afternoon due to a brush fire that has consumed over 5-thousand acres in the Lake Roosevelt area.
The road closure is between MP 30 and MP 34 in the vicinity of Elmer City. David Neehan with the Colville Interagency Fire Center says the blaze is burning out of control threatening homes in the area.
