Over 20 local and regional wineries are taking part in the 11th annual Leavenworth Wine Tasting Festival today.   Organizers say the event,  at Smallwood's Harvest on Highway 2, two miles east of Leavenworth,  features wine,  gourmet food and live entertainment.  The event runs from noon to six p.m.  Tickets are 40 dollars per person or 75 dollars for a couple.  For more information check out www. cascadefarmlands.com
