The Taylor Bridge Fire burning east of Cle Elum is estimated to be 40 percent contained. The human caused fire, which has burned dozens of structures, started Monday afternoon and quickly grew. Fire information officer Matt Comisky tells KPQ news that nearly a thousand people are battling the 23,113 acre fire.
