The Wenatchee City Council holds a special meeting this week to interview the four candidates vying for the vacant council seat formerly held by Doug Miller. The city's executive services director Allison Williams says the interviews will be held in public. The council will then meet in executive session and are expected to name the new council member once they reconvene in public. The new council member will be sworn in at the September 13th meeting. The four hopefuls are Tim Doering, Keith Huffaker, John White and Sara Urdahl.
