The concrete floor on Lighthouse Ministries new shelter for homeless families was poured last week. Bob Rodgers, board president for the Lighthouse Christian Ministries says the concrete was donated by a couple of local companies.
The new emergency shelter for homeless families is set to open within a couple of months at the site of the old second hand store on south Wenatchee avenue.
