Rain helped Douglas County fire crews combat a few spot fires on the East Wenatchee side of the Columbia River Saturday.   Douglas County Fire 2 Captain Mike Soltwisch.
 



He says the lightning also struck house on 39th street . . .

  

The strike caused minimal damage.
