A grand re-opening celebration is set for later Monday at Grant Elementary School in East Wenatchee. Principal Spencer Taylor says the school is pretty much new inside, and out.
Other benefits of the remodel include four portable classroom being replaced by four classrooms in the school, improved functionality of all classrooms, a new roof, new music room, new kitchen and multipurpose room and other improvements.
Taylor says the remodel is getting straight A's from students, staff and parents. Guided tours start at four and 5-30p.m. Monday with a presentation at 4-45p.m
