Three of the region's leading experts on public power history will give a free presentation Wednesday at Wenatchee Valley College. Chelan County PUD communication director Steve Lachowicz says the program is titled, "Darkness to Dawn: The incredible stories behind building our Northwest hydro system". One of the speakers is Steve Wright, administrator of the Bonneville Power Administration.
The program, part of Public Power Week, is held at the College's new Music and Arts Center on the Wenatchee campus and starts at five p.m with a reception featuring light hors d'oeuvres and music.
