10/16/12 High Voter Turnout Expected in Chelan and Douglas Counties



Elections officials are predicting a strong voter turnout for the November 6th General Election. Marty Whitehall, supervisor of elections in Douglas County says that's due in part to the hotly contested presidential and gubernatorial races, as well as a number of local races on the ballot.

 
 

Chelan County elections officials will mail out an estimated 38 thousand ballots Wednesday as well.
