Recent rain and cooler weather has allowed National Forest Service officials to open up more trails and roads that were closed because of area fires. However, Robin DeMario with the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest says there are many hazards within burn areas such as weakened snags and damaged trails, and not all areas are reopened.
