Dozens of projects large and small are set for Saturday for the 22nd annual Make A Difference Day in Wenatchee. Event organizer Laurel Helton has been involved since the beginning. She says projects run the gamut from helping keep elderly residents in the homes, building a playground, cleaning up parks, painting the Bruce Hotel and collecting coats for kids.
