A Quincy-area man with no health care credentials is accused of giving a woman several injections for breast and buttocks augmentation. Julie Graham with the State Department of Health says health officials charge that Mario Palafox-Valle practiced medicine without a license. She says the woman had to undergo corrective surgery as a result of the injections. Graham says only appropriately licensed health care professionals are allowed to administer such injections in our state. Palafox-Valle has 20 days to ask for a hearing to contest the charges.
