Workers were allowed back into the Chelan County Courthouse in Wenatchee and Douglas County Courthouse in Waterville after a bomb scare this afternoon. Wenatchee Police Chief Tom Robbins says a male sounding caller contacted the Chelan County Auditor's office at 3-15p.m. saying there were several bombs in the building and that they would go off in 18 minutes.
Douglas County Sheriff Harvey Gjesdal says a bomb threat was made to the Douglas County Courthouse at 3-22p.m.
The all clear at the Chelan County Courthouse was given by 4-45p.m. Douglas County officials let workers back into the Douglas County Courthouse by five p.m.
