The clock is still ticking on a new Farm Bill, with no end in sight. 4th District Congressman Doc Hastings says the issue is now in the President's and the U.S. Senate's court.
The Farm Bill helps set crop insurance and crop subsidies for farmers and provides funding for nutrition programs and are updated every five years. The current Farm Bill expired a little over two months ago. (sept 30)
