29-hundred Chelan PUD customers are still without power after Monday afternoon's outage. The PUD now says about 38-hundred customers lost electricity Monday due to blizzard conditions. PUD spokeswoman Kimberly Craig talked about the utility's approach to getting the power back for some Wednesday . . .
