Just when it appeared that things were returning to normal, another power outage knocked out electricity again to about 35-hundred PUD Customers in the Lake Wenatchee and Plain areas. Utility spokeswoman, Kimberly Craig says the main transmission line serving the area lost power earlier this morning.
As of about 9:30 this morning power had been fully restored. A tree that had been weakened by last month's ice storm fell onto the lines in the Deadhorse Canyon area. Line Crews had already been working in the area that was hard hit by the December ice storm and had restored power to everyone except for about 80 seasonal cabins in the area.
