An informational meeting for people interested in taking part in the 2013 edition of the Follies is set for Saturday. The musical review is held every three years and features local residents showcasing their talents and raising money for worthwhile causes. Delci Mott, who is helping promote the event, joined us on today's KPQ morning update. She says this year's theme is "Shaken with a Twist of Sublime".
The informational meeting is set for seven p.m. Saturday at the Performing Arts Center in Wenatchee. The "Auditions" take place Sunday morning at 11 at the PAC. The Follies takes to the stage on January 31, February 1 and 2nd. Proceeds from this year's Follies benefit the Wellness Place and Solomon's Porch.
