If your Christmas Tree is still dropping needles on your living room carpet, you might want to drop off the Tannenbaum Saturday. Chelan County Public Works will be accepting the trees at three locations: The Chelan County Shop, 210 Easy Street in Wenatchee, the Entiat Brush Yard off Highway 97-A and the Dryden Transfer Station 9073 Highway 2 in Dryden. Local Boy Scouts will be on hand at the County Shop. Scout Jovan Cavner says while the event is free they are accepting donations.
Suggested donation is $5. Hours at the three locations are eight a.m. to two p .m.
