01/11/13 Graffitti Arrest



Wenatchee Police caught a Picasso wanna-be in the act Thursday night. Detective Sergeant John Kruse tells KPQ News that gang officers Gary Geiger and Rick Johnson had been working over the past week trying to solve a number of graffiti reports in South Wenatchee. They were out looking for suspects last night when Kruse says they hit paydirt:

 

Kruse says officers were also able to make the connection to earlier graffiti sprayings:

  

Kruse says residents whose property is tagged should first call the police; then they have 15 days to remove it.
