WENATCHEE, Wash. – Jono Davis scored his team-leading 21st goal of the season Friday, but it wasn’t enough for the Wenatchee Wild who suffered a 3-1 loss to the Fresno Monsters at the Town Toyota Center.

Monster goalie Tomas Sholl made 41 saves on 42 shots to earn the win over the Wild. Wenatchee goalie Robert Nichols made 23 saves on 26 shots. The Wild (26-6-3) will try to get back on track Saturday when they square off against the Monsters. Faceoff is set for 7:05 p.m. Pregame on 560 KPQ begins at about 6:45p.m.
