WENATCHEE, Wash. – Four different Wenatchee Wild players scored a goal Friday in a 4-1 victory over the Fairbanks Ice Dogs before more than 2,700 fans at the Town Toyota Center. The win was the Wild’s second straight over the Ice Dogs after a 2-1 series-opening victory Thursday night.

Josh Hartley broke a scoreless tie 38 seconds into the second period. After the Ice Dogs tied the game up, Joe Sullivan scored the go-ahead goal late in the second period. Jacob Barber and and Jono Davis put in insurance goals in the third period. Robert Nichols was strong for the second night in a row, making 31 saves on 32 shots. The win was Nichols’ 25th of the season, which is one more win than he had all of last season in his record-breaking rookie season with the Wild. The Wild (30-7-4) will try to earn a 3-game sweep over the Ice Dogs Saturday. Faceoff is set for 7:05 p.m. at the Town Toyota Center in Wenatchee. Pre-game on 560 KPQ begins at about 6:45 p.m
